1. Services we coordinate

We coordinate birthday planning elements including venue coordination, entertainment selection, decoration setup, photography coordination, and timing/run-of-show planning.

Availability, final run-of-show, and execution depend on third-party providers (venues, performers, photographers, and other partners). We will use reasonable efforts to coordinate, but we do not control third-party schedules, capacity, or policies.

2. How booking requests are handled (distance/online)

If we sell/provide services through an online interface, the subject of e-commerce ensures that mandatory identifying contract/service information is provided to consumers during the electronic transaction, consistent with Law of Ukraine on September 3, 2015 № 675-VIII, “Про електронну комерцію”, Закон України “Про електронну комерцію”.

We provide truthful information to consumers about the services and the contractor/executor consistent with Law of Ukraine on June 10, 2023 № 3153-IX, “Про захист прав споживачів”, Про захист прав споживачів : Law of Ukraine on June 10, 2023 № 3153-IX.

3. Payment, booking confirmation, and scope

The final scope and any service inclusions/exclusions are confirmed in the booking correspondence and/or offer provided during the online request. If third-party availability changes, we may propose reasonable alternatives.

You are responsible for ensuring the details you provide (date, time window, location, contact information, and preferences) are accurate.

4. Cancellation and changes

Cancellation or date/time changes may affect costs charged by third parties. If the booking includes third-party arrangements, we may not be able to fully refund amounts already paid to partners, subject to the information confirmed at booking.

If you request changes, we will communicate feasibility and any additional costs before proceeding where possible.

5. Refund expectations

Refunds depend on the timing of cancellation and the third-party costs already incurred. Any refund approach will be clarified in the booking communication and based on applicable consumer and contract rules under Law of Ukraine on June 10, 2023 № 3153-IX, “Про захист прав споживачів”.

6. Our liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, loomvaletta.com is not liable for failures or delays caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, venue restrictions, weather-related issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Ukrainian law.

7. Your responsibilities and permitted use

• Provide accurate information necessary for coordination and contact.
• Use the service request process only in good faith and for legitimate birthday coordination.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, disruption, or misuse of our online interface.
• Comply with venue/partner rules communicated to you in connection with your booking.

8. Personal data and privacy

Because event-planning pages may collect personal data (such as name, phone, and/or email), we process personal data in accordance with the On Protection of Personal Data : Law of Ukraine on June 1, 2010 № 2297-VI, Закон України “Про захист персональних даних”.

By submitting a request, you confirm that you provide personal data lawfully and agree that we process it for booking coordination and related communications.

9. Advertising and marketing

Any marketing information shown on the landing page must comply with Ukrainian advertising requirements and must not be misleading, consistent with On Advertising : Law of Ukraine on July 3, 1996 № 270/96-ВР.
