Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds may apply to coordinated event services offered via our online interface. The outcome of a cancellation, change, or refund may depend on confirmation from our partner providers (for example, venues, vendors, or service partners).

2. Cancellation requests

If you request cancellation, we will review your request and the status of service bookings already arranged with partner providers. Some partner providers may have their own cancellation terms and fees; where applicable, those terms can affect whether and how much may be refundable.

We recommend notifying us as early as possible so that we can attempt to reduce costs and improve the chance of a favorable outcome.

3. Rescheduling

If you request to reschedule, we will try to coordinate a new date/time with partner providers. Rescheduling is subject to availability and any partner-provider conditions. Any additional costs (if required by a partner provider) may be charged to you.

4. Refunds

Where refunds are available, we will process them after we confirm the cancellation status with partner providers and verify applicable non-refundable costs. Refund timing depends on the payment method and processing timelines of financial institutions.

This policy does not guarantee a full refund in every case. The final amount (if any) depends on service confirmations and partner-provider terms.

5. Electronic services information and consumer-facing disclosures

Because services are offered through an online interface, we ensure that, during the electronic transaction, mandatory identifying contract/service information is provided to consumers as required by Закон України "Про електронну комерцію", Про електронну комерцію : Law of Ukraine on September 3, 2015 № 675-VIII.

We provide truthful and accessible information about our services and the contractor/executor consistent with Ukrainian consumer-rights rules for distance/online contracting, including Про захист прав споживачів : Law of Ukraine on June 10, 2023 № 3153-IX. (We do not use or rely on the 1991 version of that law.)

6. Personal data

If you provide personal data (such as your name, phone number, or email) to request coordination, we process it in line with the Law on Personal Data, including required disclosures and lawful processing grounds, as required by On Protection of Personal Data : Law of Ukraine on June 1, 2010 № 2297-VI, Закон України "Про захист персональних даних".

Any marketing or promotional content related to our services is subject to Ukraine’s advertising rules and must not be misleading. See On Advertising : Law of Ukraine on July 3, 1996 № 270/96-ВР.
